Mark Hechmer

Mark Hechmer has a background in management and program administration, having served as a Manager at Gem Supply Company. Previously, Mark held the position of Federal Program Manager for the State of Maryland from January 1999 to March 2004, where responsibilities included overseeing donations of Federal Surplus Property to 501(C3) organizations in Maryland, training organizations on the proper use of donated property, and conducting compliance checks. Mark earned an Associate of Arts degree in Electronic Data Processing from Anne Arundel Community College between 1980 and 1984.
