Pawan Shah is a Lean Consultant at Gemba Concepts since November 2022, specializing in applying kaizen and lean six sigma methodologies to eliminate process inefficiencies, enhance workspace organization through 5S initiatives, and drive process improvement projects focusing on inventory and supply chain management.
