Jeroen Segers

Jeroen Segers is an accomplished educator and language specialist with extensive experience in teaching German at various educational institutions, including Vrije Universiteit Brussel, KU Leuven, and CLT Leuven. Currently serving as a Substitute Lecturer of German at Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a Kabinetsmedewerker for Mayor Greet De Bruyn at Gemeente Bornem, Jeroen has also held roles such as Lecturer of Terminology Management and Teaching Assistant of German. With a strong academic background, including a Master of Arts in Translation and a Postgraduate degree in Specialised Translation from KU Leuven, Jeroen has contributed to educational innovation projects and conducted terminology research for the European Commission, showcasing expertise in translation technology and community interpreting.
