Annette Roosken

Annette Roosken is an experienced financial policy advisor with a career spanning over three decades in various financial roles. Currently serving as a Financieel beleidsadviseur at Gemeente Dalfsen since August 2019, Annette coordinates and compiles annual reports and perspective notes, contributes to budgeting, and provides financial advice for the Public Space unit. Prior to this, Annette held the position of Beleidsadviseur Planning en Control at Gemeente Meppel from May 2003 to August 2019, where responsibilities included leading annual report preparations, optimizing planning and control processes, and advising management. Earlier experience includes roles as a Financial Controller at Philips Apeldoorn B.V., and as a Financial Accountant at Zeepfabriek de Nieuwe Fenix B.V., along with beginnings in accounting at Marseille, De Groot & Co Accountants. Annette holds multiple qualifications from Bestuursacademie Nederland and Chr. Hogeschool Windesheim.
