Erik Dolle

Erik Dolle has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Erik started their career as a Consultant for Local Taxation in Ghana through PBLQ, working from January 2015 to November 2016, and later joined VNG International as a Resident Twinning Advisor and Program Manager for the EU-Twinning program in Kosovo. Their responsibilities included coordinating the program and ensuring the achievement of its objectives.

In 2013, Erik returned to PBLQ as a Senior Advisor, where they were involved in advisory, research, and interim projects in the public sector. These projects included strategic advice on the development and management of the Digital System for the Environmental Act and research for municipal audit committees.

In 2015, they also worked as an Advisor for Information Policy on the Environmental Act through PBLQ, in collaboration with VNG. In this role, they provided advice on information policy related to the Environmental Act.

Erik joined VNG as a Beleidsadviseur Digitaal Stelsel Omgevingswet in December 2018, working until January 2021. Erik then continued their work at PBLQ as a Senior Advisor, participating in various projects until February 2022.

From July 2022 to October 2022, Erik worked as an interim Project Manager for "Aan de slag met de Omgevingswet," leading the Indringend Keten Testen DSO-LV project. Their responsibilities included managing and overseeing the project.

In February 2022, they joined Geonovum as a Senior Project Manager for the Omgevingswetteam, responsible for managing the team, ensuring service quality and continuity, and supporting the implementation of the TPOD standard.

Most recently, Erik joined Gemeente Ede in March 2023 as the CIO and Manager for Information, Process, and Project Management (IPPM).

Erik Dolle's education history includes a Master's Degree in Geodetic Engineering from Delft University of Technology, which they obtained from 1990 to 1996. Erik also holds another Master's Degree in Public Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam, which they completed from 2003 to 2006. Prior to their university studies, Erik Dolle attended Erasmus College Zoetermeer for high school, where they pursued Voortgezet onderwijs (VO) / Middelbaar onderwijs from 1984 to 1990.

In addition to their formal education, Erik Dolle has obtained several certifications. Erik received a certification in Transitiemanagement from the Dutch Research Institute for Transitions in June 2021. In October 2019, they completed the Design Thinking Fundamentals program at Rochester Institute of Technology. Erik Dolle is also a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist, certified by Scaled Agile, Inc., which they achieved in May 2019.

Furthermore, Erik Dolle holds the Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), obtained in February 2016. Erik also obtained certifications in Portfolio Management (MoP) and Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) from APMG International and IAPP, respectively, both in 2016. Additionally, Erik Dolle holds the Prince2 Practitioner and Prince2 Foundation certifications from APMG-International, earned in March 2014 and February 2014, respectively. Lastly, they are a Managing Successful Programmes Practitioner and holds the Managing Successful Programmes Foundation certification, both obtained from APMG-International in May 2011 and December 2010, respectively.
