Jannet Voorn

Jannet Voorn serves as a Partner and Project Developer at Rizoem since January 2016, focusing on creating and managing vibrant community spaces. In addition, Jannet has held the role of Project Leader for the development of Strand Delfzijl with Gemeente Eemsdelta since November 2022 and for the former municipality of Ten Boer with Wierden en Borgen since January 2019. Jannet’s previous experience includes serving as a board member at Stichting Dag van de Architectuur Groningen from December 2017 to January 2022 and working as a Project Developer at Rottinghuis' Aannemingsbedrijf bv from November 2013 to November 2015, where quality control during development processes was a key responsibility. Jannet also has a background in financial advising at ING and experience as a Sales Facilitator at Nijestee. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Brokerage from Hanze.
