Nick Boersma

Nick Boersma currently serves as Project Coordinator for the Project Execution Area Noord at TenneT, a major electricity transmission operator in the Netherlands and part of Germany, focusing on the renovation, renewal, and expansion of high-voltage stations. In addition, Nick holds the position of council member and faction leader for Lokaal Belang Eemsdelta since January 2021, where responsibilities include serving as spokesperson for various areas such as finance and sports, as well as oversight roles in trust and audit committees. Nick has a background in project leadership and technical consultancy at Visual Solutions B.V., where the focus was on housing maintenance software, and previously served as a council member for Lokaal Belang Eemsdelta in the Gemeente Delfzijl. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Sport, Health, and Management from Hanze and participation in an executive course at Nyenrode Business University. Nick is also engaged with the rugby community as the secretary of Rugbyclub Phoenix Delfzijl.
