Willemieke Kingma-Harwig

Willemieke Kingma-Harwig is a seasoned professional in the field of housing advice and project management, currently serving as a Huisvestingsadviseur and procesbegeleider at Gemeente Ommen and Gemeente Lochem since February 2022. With extensive experience since 2009 as a strategic advisor and process leader in their own consultancy, Harvado Huisvestingsadvies, Willemieke has managed new construction and renovation projects at various stages and conducted significant relocation projects. Additionally, involvement with BCN Groep and Stichting Op Kop as a strategic housing advisor has included collaborations to develop neighborhood schools. Previous roles include project leadership at Greijdanus and advising for PCOU Willibrord, as well as academic positions at Saxion Hogeschool and Hogeschool Utrecht. Willemieke holds a master's degree in European Master of Real Estate Management from the University of Greenwich and a bachelor's degree in Facility Management from Hanze.
