Pierre Schefferlie

Pierre Schefferlie is an experienced professional in learning, development, and participation, currently serving as an Adviseur and Teamcoach at Gemeente Molenlanden since January 2019. In addition, Pierre has held the position of Initiatiefnemer and fractievoorzitter at Democraten Gorinchem since September 2016, focusing on fostering dialogue and building connections within political movements. Pierre also operates as a Trainer and Coach for Public Steps, providing career coaching and advice for civil servants in the new government framework since May 2014. Prior roles include serving as Afdelingshoofd Bestuurs- en Management Ondersteuning and Coach Kerngericht Werken at Gemeente Giessenlanden from January 2010 to January 2019, as well as Hoofd P&O for the municipalities of Leerdam, Giessenlanden, and Zederik. Pierre holds a WO degree in Arbeid en Organisatie psychology and has additional qualifications in mediation and professional coaching.
