Jeffrey Quartel

Jeffrey Quartel is currently a Senior adviseur Jeugd en Onderwijs at Gemeente Roosendaal since February 2023. Prior to this, Quartel worked as a Coördinerend senior Onderwijs at Gemeente Den Haag and held various advisory and coordination roles in education and social domains in different municipalities. Quartel has a background in Sociology and Built Environment, with a focus on societal challenges such as self-reliance amidst budget cuts and social cohesion in urban environments.
