Stephanie Zomer- Verbruggen

Stephanie Zomer-Verbruggen is an experienced Wmo consultant at Gemeente Tholen since January 2021, specializing in managing and processing Wmo care applications in accordance with current legislation. Stephanie has provided individualized support based on personal budgets through PGB Zorg since September 2008. Previous roles include working as a guide at Emergis from September 2016 to January 2021, addressing crisis stabilization and care needs. Additionally, Stephanie completed an internship in social work at GGZ Westelijk Noord-Brabant and a year-long traineeship with Stichting Juzt, supporting at-risk youth. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Social Work from HZ University of Applied Sciences and a recent training in positive health from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
