RAM SOURAV ADHIKARI MAusIMM is an experienced geologist with a career spanning over 15 years in geology and exploration. Currently serving as Senior Manager (Geology & Exploration) at Geovale Services since February 2024, RAM SOURAV has also worked as Assistant Manager (Geology) at Gemfields Plc since January 2015, and previously as Exploration Geologist at Salva Resources from April 2012 to April 2014, where expertise included geological and geotechnical core logging and sampling for coal exploration projects in Nagaland and Jharkhand, India. Earlier, RAM SOURAV held the position of Project Officer (Geologist) at the Foundation For Ecological Security (FES) from August 2008 to August 2011, focusing on hydrogeological studies, resource development, and soil and water conservation in rural areas. RAM SOURAV holds a Master's degree in Geology/Earth Science from Durgapur Govt College, completed in 2008.
