Justin Henson

Justin Henson has extensive work experience in various roles within the biotechnology and healthcare sectors. Justin is currently serving as the EVP - Chief Development Officer at Gemini Bio since October 2020.

Prior to this, Justin worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific from August 2018 to October 2020, where they held the position of Senior Director, Global Commercial Operations and Planning for Bio-Production. In this role, they developed and implemented the sales strategy and processes for the division, collaborated with regional Sales Directors, and ensured overall consistency in the division's sales operations.

Before joining Thermo Fisher Scientific, Justin worked at Avantor from January 2015 to May 2018, initially as the Vice President of Sales, North America, and later as the Director of Sales. Justin'sresponsibilities included driving sales growth and managing the sales team in North America.

Justin's earlier experience includes roles at Covidien/Mallinckrodt Baker, Inc. as the Western Regional Sales Manager from January 2007 to October 2011, and as an Account Manager from January 2004 to January 2007. Justin also worked at TYCO Healthcare/Mallinckrodt Baker, Inc. as a Technical Sales Rep. from August 2002 to January 2004.

Throughout their career, Justin has demonstrated a strong focus on sales operations, strategic planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Justin Henson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University from 1998 to 2002. Justin later obtained a Green Belt Certification in Six Sigma from Villanova University, studying from 2013 to 2014. In addition to their degrees, Justin also holds several certifications including SPIN Selling from Huthwaite (obtained in February 2014), Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University (obtained in July 2013), Six Sigma Blue Belt from Kepner-Tregoe (obtained in November 2004), Solution Selling (obtained in August 2004), and Customer Centric Selling (obtained in November 2003).
