Daniel Brown Mshrd

Daniel Brown, MSHRD, has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Lead Consultant and Owner at HR Alignment Group since June 2020, overseeing business development and compliance checks for clients. In addition, Daniel is the Employee Experience Manager at Gemini Industries, focusing on diversity, equity, inclusion, and various talent development initiatives for a global workforce. Notable past roles include Programs Chair at the Florida Association of Veteran-Owned Businesses and President of the nonprofit Home Front Fishing, dedicated to supporting veterans. Daniel has also held management positions in human resources at Space Coast Intelligent Solutions and the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute, among others, and served in various leadership capacities in the U.S. Army. Daniel holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Barry University and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management from Excelsior University.
