Brian McCarthy

Brian McCarthy currently serves as the Director of Army Operations at Gemini Tech Services, LLC, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, McCarthy held various leadership positions including ARNG G-3/5/7 Sergeant Major at the National Guard Bureau from August 2019 to June 2021 and Senior Enlisted Guard Advisor at HQ FORSCOM from October 2017 to August 2019. McCarthy's extensive experience also includes roles as Senior Enlisted Advisor at the Reserve Component Affairs Office, Chief of the ARNG Branch at the Quality Assurance Office, First Sergeant at the Warrant Officer Career College, and Senior Staff NCO at DCG-ARNG, HQ TRADOC. Additional positions include Air Assault NCOIC at the Warrior Training Center and R&R NCO in the Indiana ARNG between 2005 and 2007. McCarthy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Multidisciplinary Studies from Grantham University between 2010 and 2012.
