Josphat Tama

Josphat Tama is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in internal auditing and risk management. Currently serving as the Internal Audit Manager at Geminia Insurance Co Ltd since July 2022, Josphat has previously held key roles including Senior Auditor at Old Mutual Group-East Africa from December 2014 to June 2022, and Senior Internal Auditor at Invesco Assurance from October 2011 to November 2014. Josphat began the auditing career at Bata Shoe Company (K) Ltd as an Internal Auditor from May 2008 to September 2011. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Strategic Management) from the University of Nairobi, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Accounting Option) from Kenyatta University.
