Rick Vossen

Rick Vossen has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Rick most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Gemini, Inc. starting in 2017. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, they held the role of Group Vice President - Finance at Nortek Air Solutions, LLC. In 2012, they worked as the Corporate Controller at PaR Systems. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as an Executive Consultant at TE Connectivity. From 2008 to 2010, they held the position of Vice President - Finance, Global Connectivity Solutions at ADC. Before that, from 1997 to 2008, they held various roles at ADC including Director of Finance, Operations Manager - National Accounts, Manager of Field Financial Analysis, SAP Business Analyst, and Senior Financial Analyst. Additionally, Rick worked as an Assistant Controller at Aon Risk Services from 1995 to 1997 and started their career as a Staff Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1993 to 1995.

Rick Vossen holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Rick also holds the certification of CPA (Inactive).
