Daniel Kirsch's work experience begins in 2002 as an intern for Senator Charles E. Schumer. Daniel also interned in 2003 and 2004 for Institutional Investor. In 2006, they worked as a Summer Associate at Rich May, P.C., conducting due diligence and assisting with counseling start-up companies. From 2007 to 2007, they worked as a Summer Associate for American International Group, providing advice and conducting research on financial risk. In 2009, they built their private law practice as an Attorney at the Law Office of Daniel D. Kirsch, specializing in strategic consultation for start-up companies. In 2010, they became an Analyst at Hurwitz & Associates, where they advised clients on security, privacy, and governance in relation to cloud and big data. Daniel progressed to roles as a Senior Analyst, Principal Analyst, and eventually Vice President and Principal Analyst. In 2018, they became the Managing Director of Hurwitz & Associates, overseeing the acquisition of an industry analyst firm and building multiple revenue streams. In 2021, they co-founded Techstrong Research and served as a Principal Analyst and Managing Director, advising business and technology executives on AI, cloud, security, and modern application development. Currently, they are the Head of Community at Geminos Software, creating a platform to connect organizations and individuals working with Causal AI.
Daniel Kirsch received their Juris Doctor (JD) from Boston College Law School between 2005 and 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Economics from Union College from 2002 to 2005. In 2003, they studied Economics at the University of Antwerp for one year. Daniel Kirsch completed their high school education at Horace Greeley High School from 1997 to 2001.
