Mike Wood

Mike Wood is a seasoned professional in talent management and organizational development with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as President of Kingfisher Talent Advisors since June 2024, Mike co-founded the firm to enhance talent services for Finance and Accounting teams in Miami. Previously held the position of Head of Talent and Culture at GEMRT, emphasizing a people-first approach. Mike also demonstrated leadership as Director of Talent Acquisition at Inktel Contact Center Solutions, where a high-volume recruitment strategy was implemented. An independent consultant between 2019 and 2019, Mike supported businesses in diverse sectors, focusing on talent management and organizational change. Earlier roles included Director of Retail and Wholesale Sales and Marketing at 3PRL Solutions and a Jesuit with the Society of Jesus, engaging in education and community development. Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Fordham University and studied at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
