Michael Klemt

Michael Klemt has worked in various roles throughout their career. Michael began in 2007 as a Scientific Employee with an academic degree at Fraunhofer IPA and worked there until 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Scientific Employee with an academic degree at IKT - Institut für Kunststofftechnik. In 2011, they joined Freudenberg Sealing Technologies, where they held the positions of Developer and Head of Product/Process/Material Development until 2018. In 2018, they transitioned to GEMü Group, where they first served as the Head of Competence Center Sealings and later became the Head of Research and Predevelopment Sealings.

Michael Klemt holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Polymer-/Kunststofftechnik from Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences. In addition to this, they also have a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Polymer-/Kunststofftechnik from the same university. No specific dates were provided for their education.
