Gabriela Romanelli began their work experience in 2017 as a Cabin Crew member at Qatar Airways, where they demonstrated autonomy in problem-solving and prioritized customer satisfaction. Gabriela acted as a brand ambassador and maintained high standards of customer service until October 2020.
In 2021, Gabriela joined Gen as a Customer Experience Manager, conducting consumer journey mapping and analyzing competition and industry trends. Gabriela worked closely with various departments to align customer experience with technology areas. In 2022, they transitioned to a Product Manager role, leading four project squads focused on financial services and payments. Gabriela successfully managed special projects and collaborations, improving the customer buying and selling experience. Currently, there is no specified end date for their role at Gen.
