Thomas Ségal

Thomas Ségal is the General Counsel of Gen II Luxembourg Services S.à r.l. and has over 10 years of experience in the private equity industry. He is a member of the Executive Management Committee of Gen II Luxembourg Services S.à r.l. and serves as Secretary to the Board, coordinating legal and regulatory responsibilities of Gen II's activities.

Prior to joining Gen II, Thomas served as Deputy General Counsel for Quilvest Private Equity. He also served as a Partner at Garson, Segal, Steinmetz, Fladgate LLP located in New York, prior to his time in Luxembourg. Thomas is a graduate of Paris X University and holds an LL.M. from Cardozo Law School (New York). He is licensed to practice law in New York, Paris, and Luxembourg.
