Lauren Rowe

Lauren Rowe has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Lauren started their career as an Administrative Professional at Administrative Concepts Inc. in 2008, where they managed incoming claims and assisted with health insurance claims. Lauren then joined Shire Pharmaceuticals in 2011 as a Marketing Services Intern, focusing on compliance and creating initiatives to repurpose unused materials.

In 2012, Lauren joined Pepperjam, where they held multiple roles within the client services and marketing teams. Lauren started as a Marketing Associate in Affiliate Marketing, establishing and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners and clients. Lauren then moved on to become a Senior Marketing Associate in Client Marketing, where they monitored performance across channels and developed strategic plans for clients. Lauren was promoted to Marketing Manager in 2016, where they led meetings and was the main contact for clients. Finally, they held the position of Senior Marketing Manager, overseeing digital advertising accounts and managing teams for multiple clients.

Lauren's most recent role is at Gen3 Marketing, where they joined as an Affiliate Marketing Manager in 2018. Lauren was later promoted to Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager and currently holds the position of Director of Affiliate Marketing.

Throughout their career, Lauren has honed their skills in client relationship management, budgeting, forecasting, project management, and team leadership. Lauren consistently demonstrated effective communication and problem-solving abilities, taking projects from start to finish.

Lauren Rowe attended Liberty University from 2008 to 2012, where they pursued a degree in Business, with a focus on Marketing and Human Resource Management.
