Simon Finburgh

Simon Finburgh has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of mechanical engineering. Simon is currently working as the Mechanical Engineering Manager at Genasys Inc. since March 2021. Prior to this, Simon held the position of Principal Mechanical Engineer at LRAD Corporation from April 2009 to July 2022. At LRAD Corporation, they were responsible for designing and analyzing acoustic systems and their support structures and mechanisms.

Simon also worked as a Principal Mechanical Engineer at Tensys Medical Inc. from November 1997 to March 2009. Before that, they served as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Eastman Kodak from November 1995 to November 1997, where they designed high-speed and high-resolution industrial electronic cameras, including thermoelectrically and liquid-cooled ultra-high-resolution CCD cameras.

Simon's career began at IVAC Corp (Eli Lilly) and IVAC, where they held the positions of Principal Mechanical Engineer and Senior Mechanical Engineer, respectively, from an unspecified start date in 1983 until 1995.
