Shawn Sandberg, MBA

Shawn Sandberg, MBA has five years of work experience. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Help Desk Specialist at BYU-Idaho Help Desk, where they helped students and BYU-I employees with computer issues, ilearn and everything in between, describing solutions in various ways to conform with the caller. Shawn also remotely and locally found and eliminated viruses, malware, and rootkits, and refined their organizational skills managing callers, live chat, Emails, and walk-ins. In 2014, they were a Sales Representative at Larry H. Miller Dealerships. In 2015, they were an Electrical Engineering Intern at GENCOMM. From 2016 to present, they have been working at GENCOMM as a Sales Engineer and System Engineer. In this role, they have been training new hires to efficiently complete all job requirements and helping students and BYU-I employees with computer issues.

Shawn Sandberg holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Utah Valley University, which they obtained in 2019. Shawn also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Brigham Young University - Idaho, which they obtained in 2016.
