Jesse Hoff

Jesse Hoff has been working in the agrigenomics industry since 2019, when they began as Agrigenomics Product Manager at Gencove. Prior to this, they were a Family Partner at Maple Avenue Farms from 2002. Jesse then worked as a Computational Biologist at Benson Hill Biosystems from 2017 to 2019. From 2012 to 2017, they worked as a Graduate Research Associate at the University of Missouri. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Commercialization Analyst at Foresight Science & Technology, and prior to this, they were a Summer Associate at the African Power Initiative in 2010.

Jesse Hoff completed their high school education at Sherburne-Earlville High School between 2003 and 2006. Jesse then went on to earn an Honors Bachelors degree in Economics and Biology from Swarthmore College between 2007 and 2011. Finally, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Animal Genomics from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2019.
