Farah Samanani

Farah Samanani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience across various roles in the fields of executive search, coaching, and strategic planning. Currently, Farah serves as a Gene Keys Guide at Gene Keys, providing guidance on self-awareness and personal development. As Managing Partner for East Africa at Boyden, Farah established the region's first office, solidifying a presence in the executive search industry. In addition to roles as an Enneagram Coach and Certified Coach for Designing Your Life Workshop, Farah founded Kenyans Come Home, connecting talented professionals to job opportunities in East Africa. Past experiences include strategic leadership at Aga Khan University and involvement with the Entrepreneurs' Organization and Sirdar Group. Farah holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a BA in Economics and Political Science from McGill University.
