Rick Emnett

Rick Emnett is currently the VP, Finance & CFO at Genective. Rick has over 17 years of experience in finance and accounting.

Rick started their career as a Senior Auditor at Brown Smith Wallace. Rick then transitioned to Corporate Finance / Pension Investments, Senior Financial Analyst at Anheuser-Busch. In 2009, they moved to The Boeing Company as a Senior Financial Analyst - Procurement. In 2013, they joined Bayer Crop Science as a Finance Manager - R&D Collaborations.

At Bayer, Rick led and developed the team that managed financial relationships with external partners with $120 million annual activity. Rick also led the creation of a parametric forecasting model that reduced full year forecast variance to 1.5%. In addition, they partnered with Monsanto IT and external consultants to implement department Oracle Hyperion EssBase reporting application, reducing reporting cycle resource requirements 20%.

Rick has a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Missouri - Columbia.
