Cian Toomey

Cian Toomey has a diverse and extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Cian most recently served as the Head of Business Services at GENEL ENERGY PLC. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Contracts & Procurement at the same company. Before joining GENEL ENERGY PLC, Cian worked at Tullow Oil as the Supply Chain Manager for East Africa Developments, overseeing contracts and logistics for major capital projects. Cian also held the role of Head of Procurement & Supply Chain Management at Maersk Oil Angola, where they contributed to value-added decision-making and implemented a cultural shift in contracts management. Cian previously worked as the Acting Head of Procurement & Logistics at Maersk Oil Qatar and as the Country Procurement & Logistics Manager at Kentz in Qatar and the UAE. Cian began their career as a Senior Purchaser at Meica Services and as a Buyer at Seagate Technology.
