Aimin Song

Aimin Song is a highly experienced scientific manager specializing in peptide synthesis, currently working at Genentech since October 2012. With a strong background in organic chemistry, Aimin has previously held positions as a senior chemist at AnaSpec, Inc. and Poniard Pharmaceuticals, and as a postdoctoral researcher at UC Davis Cancer Center. Notable achievements include developing small molecule inhibitors and novel synthetic strategies, managing complex projects, and coordinating CRO activities across multiple locations. Aimin holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the Institute of Photographic Chemistry and a B.S. in Chemistry from Wuhan University.
