Romel Palaganas

Romel Palaganas has over a decade of experience in the information technology sector, currently serving as the IT User Services Team Lead and previously as a Systems Specialist at Genentech since June 2012. Prior to this, Romel worked as a Search Consultant at Concord GRN from July 2007 to June 2012. Romel holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from UC Irvine and possesses ITIL V3 Certification, demonstrating a strong foundation in IT service management principles.
