Tarun Arora

Tarun Arora is an accomplished legal and procurement professional with extensive experience in contract management and business analysis. Currently serving as the Functional Manager and Global Team Lead for Sourceable Contracts at Genentech since September 2013, Tarun leads key initiatives in procurement contracting and process improvements. Prior to this, Tarun held roles as Sr. Contracts Manager and Business Analyst, showcasing expertise in drafting and negotiating critical contracts and enhancing contract management systems. Tarun began the legal career as an Associate Attorney at Inventus Law, representing numerous startups in various corporate and commercial matters, and gained foundational legal research skills as a Law Clerk at Goldberg & Hirsh. Tarun holds a JD from the University of Miami School of Law and a BA in Philosophy from San Jose State University.
