Tricia Brand currently serves as the Senior Diversity and Inclusion Business Partner at Genentech, where a leadership role involves designing and executing D&I strategies while consulting with executive leaders. Previously, Tricia was a DEIB Strategy Consultant for the City of West Linn and the inaugural Vice President for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging at California College of the Arts, guiding institutional policies to enhance cultural climate. Tricia has also worked in various roles at Portland Community College, including Chief Diversity Officer and Dean of Student Development, alongside adjunct faculty roles at Lewis & Clark College. Educational achievements include an A.B. from Washington University in St. Louis and an Ed.M. from Rutgers University, specializing in Psychology and Educational Psychology.
