Eric Duncavage, MD

Dr. Duncavage has been in the medical field for nearly two decades. In 2001, they began their career as a Pre-doctoral fellow at Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital. Eric then moved to the University of Utah in 2010, where they served as an Instructor. In 2011, they joined Washington University in St. Louis as a Professor of Pathology and Immunology, where they also served as the director of the sections of hematopathology and molecular oncology. In 2015, they became the Medical Director of Cofactor Genomics and in 2020, they became the Medical Director of Geneoscopy.

Eric Duncavage, MD has a long and distinguished education history. Eric obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics and Chemistry from Vanderbilt University in 1998. Eric then completed their Medical Doctorate degree from the University of Tennessee-Health Science Center College of Medicine in 2004. From 2004 to 2008, they completed their residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. Eric then completed a fellowship in Molecular Genetic Pathology at the same institution in 2009. In 2010, they completed another fellowship in Hematopathology at the University of Utah School of Medicine. Eric obtained certifications in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, Molecular Genetic Pathology, and Hematopathology from the American Board of Pathology in 2008, 2009, and 2010, respectively. In 2018, they obtained certification in Clinical Informatics from the American Board of Pathology (ABPath).
