Sarah Aubrey

Senior Managing Director, Butler Accelerator For Education & Workforce Innovation at gener8tor

Sarah Aubrey is the current Managing Director at gener8tor. Sarah has also been the Director of gBETA Indiana, and has worked at Manchester University, the University of Saint Francis, and the Fort Wayne Museum of Art.

Sarah began their career in 2008 as the Curator of American Art/Curator of Adult Programs & Special Exhibitions at the Fort Wayne Museum of Art. Sarah remained in this position for almost 9 years, before moving to Manchester University in 2017. At Manchester University, Sarah served as the Assistant Director of Career & Professional Development, Co-Curricular and Administrative Programs Taskforce, and on the 2018 and 2015 Conference Planning Committees for the Career Development Professionals of Indiana. In 2018, they became the Director of Career Advancement at the University of Saint Francis, where they worked for just over a year.

In 2019, Sarah became the Director of gBETA Indiana, a position they held for 2 years before being promoted to Managing Director at gener8tor in 2021.

Sarah Aubrey holds a BA from Hanover College, an MA from the University of Sydney, and has completed the Jekyll Island Management Institute education program. Sarah is also a certified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Strong Interest Inventory. Additionally, Sarah is a trained mediator and Title IX investigator.
