Lindsay Tereshyn

Lindsay Tereshyn is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in shaping recruitment strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of International Talent Acquisition at Generac since October 2024, Lindsay focuses on developing a global talent strategy in collaboration with regional leads while ensuring compliance with local regulations. Prior to this role, Lindsay spent over eight years at ecobee, where the journey began as the first recruitment hire, ultimately leading to the position of Director of Talent Acquisition. Earlier experience includes working as a Technical Recruiter at Jobspring Partners, specializing in placing IT professionals in the Greater Toronto Area. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ryerson University, along with a Practical Nursing diploma from George Brown College, and has a background in the arts from Etobicoke School of the Arts.
