Rachel McCafferty

Rachel McCafferty is an experienced professional in strategic business development and project management, currently driving clean energy initiatives at Generac Power Systems since October 2023. Previously, Rachel held leadership roles at Cal Solar Inc. and Metrus Energy, where significant advancements in energy efficiency services were achieved. Rachel's career also includes valuable contributions as an Alliance Manager at Redis Labs, facilitating strategic partnerships, and developing successful go-to-market strategies at Green Charge Networks. Prior to these roles, Rachel started in sales and recruitment fields at Couchbase and Jobspring Partners, respectively. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government from Santa Clara University, completed in 2011.
