Becky Specking

Becky Specking is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in UX design, content strategy, and education. Currently serving as Designer and Founder of Speck Studio since March 2022, Becky provides strategic design consulting for various organizations, while also working at Ulta Beauty as a UX Writer and Content Strategist since October 2021. Throughout a diverse career, Becky has held roles such as Senior Design and Strategy Lead at bp, Senior Product Designer with a focus on sustainability, Visual Designer at JLL, and Senior UI Designer at Motorola Solutions, where Becky led the creation of the company's first global design system. Additionally, Becky has contributed to the field as an Instructor Lead at General Assembly, educating students in visual and UX design, and has held previous positions that highlight expertise in design thinking, project management, and client consulting. Becky holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Brown University, supplemented by further training at CareerFoundry and General Assembly.
