Christine Rodriguez

Christine Gonzalez-Rodriguez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and diversity programs. Currently serving as the Director of Campus and Diversity Programs at General Atlantic since January 2022, Christine previously held the position of Team Lead, Talent Acquisition Manager at Success Academy Charter Schools for six months in 2021. At Point72, from 2012 to 2020, Christine advanced through roles including Head of Academy Recruitment, overseeing talent acquisition strategies, and managing international stakeholder alignment in business development. Christine's foundational experience also includes positions in investment talent development and recruitment at Point72 and Zumbacise with Christine, a venture owned from 2010 to 2017. Christine holds a B.B.A. in Marketing/Marketing Management from Baruch College.
