Sharon Casali

Sharon Casali is an experienced leader in human resources with a strong background in strategic HR management across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems since February 2019, Sharon has previously held positions including Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager within the same company. Prior to that, at Luxottica Retail, Sharon contributed as Director of Human Resources, managing a large workforce across multiple brands and locations, and has experience in employee relations and compliance in prior roles as Senior HR Manager and HR Manager. Earlier in Sharon's career, experience included roles at Sears, Roebuck and Co., and United Cerebral Palsy Center for the Disabled, focusing on employee relations and recruitment. Sharon holds an MBA in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the University of San Diego and a BS in Marketing Management from Siena College.
