Tracie Allen

Tracie Allen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within human resources, currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at General Atomics since September 2017. Prior to this position, Tracie held the role of HR Director at Preferred Homecare / Lifecare Solutions from November 2001 to September 2017, providing support for over 1,000 employees across 25+ locations and advising management on employee relations issues. Tracie's earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Specialist at Travel 800, LLC, where responsibilities encompassed HR policy design and staff training in a call center setting, and working as a Human Resources Representative at Training Solutions, where Tracie coordinated hiring and developed essential manuals for a start-up company.
