Hamad Alruwaita

Hamad AlRuwaita, CIPD, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor at the General Authority For Statistics since July 2017. In this role, responsibilities include managing the entire recruitment cycle, from screening resumes to conducting interviews and shortlisting candidates, while also fostering strong relationships with hiring managers. Prior to this position, Hamad held various roles including Talent Acquisition Lead and Recruitment Specialist at the same organization, and worked as an HRD Officer focusing on recruitment and training. Hamad began the professional journey as a Recruiter at Lamas Management Consulting and completed a coop training program at Al Safi Danone. Hamad earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University.
