Mia Higgins

Mia Higgins, SHRM-CP, is a skilled human resources professional with extensive experience in various human resources roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist in Operations at the General Board of Global Ministries since July 2018, Mia has successfully assisted in curriculum development, managed training logistics, and administered online learning systems while facilitating staff professional development initiatives. Prior to this role, Mia worked as an Account Manager at Vertex Global Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities included leading full cycle recruitment processes and collaborating with hiring managers to source qualified candidates.
