Brian Moore

Brian Moore currently serves as the Superintendent of Schools at General Brown Central School since November 2022. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of High School Principal at Indian River Central School District from July 2018 to November 2022. Brian's career at Indian River Central School began in July 1999, where duties included Principal, Assistant Principal, Dean of Students, and School Counselor. Educational qualifications include a Certificate of Advanced Study in School District Leadership from The College of Saint Rose (2017-2018), a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Advanced Educational Leadership from the University of New England (2008-2009), a Master of Education in Counseling and Human Development from St. Lawrence University (1998-1999), and a Bachelor's Degree from the State University of New York College at Potsdam (1996-1998).
