Mark Allen

Mark Allen is the current Chief Financial Officer at General Catalyst. Prior to this, they were with Audax Group from March 2006 to October 2013 where they served as Fund Controller. Before that, they were with Summit Partners from January 2003 to December 2006 as Manager of Financial Reporting. Their first job out of college was with PricewaterhouseCoopers where they worked from August 1999 to July 2003 as a Senior Associate.

Mark Allen has a BA in Business from the University of Vermont and an MBA in Business from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.

They work with Jon Rehagen - CTO, Chris Bischoff - Managing Director, and Gabriella Giglio - CHRO. Mark Allen reports to Hemant Taneja, Managing Partner.
