Keith Richards Obe

Keith Richards OBE is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consumer advocacy, transport, and sustainability. Currently serving as Independent Chair of the National Centre for Accessible Transport since February 2023 and Co-Chair at Heathrow since January 2020, Keith also holds board membership at Transport Focus and panel membership at the Competition and Markets Authority. Keith has contributed as an independent member of the General Chiropractic Council and chairs the Renewable Energy Consumer Code Non-Compliance Panel. As a director and lead consultant at Raleo Limited since January 2009, expertise lies in consulting, policy, consumer affairs, and accessibility. Previous roles include member of the Financial Services Consumer Panel until October 2023 and Chair of the Rail Ombudsman Scheme Council until February 2023. Educational qualifications include a BA Hons in Law from the University of Kent and advanced programmes in sustainability and climate leadership from the University of Cambridge.
