Carol Silia

Carol Silia currently serves as the IHMC Packing Development Leader at General Cigar, a position held since April 2019. Prior to this role, Carol worked as a Developer at Timberland from January 2012 to September 2017. Carol's educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Gerencia y Productividad from UNAPEC (2011 - 2013), an Alta Gestion Empresarial certificate from UNAPEC (2011 - 2012), a degree in Administracion de Empresas from UTESA (2006 - 2011), and a Técnico en Electronica from Instituto Politecnico Industrial Salesiano (1998 - 2002).
