Jeffrey Bumgardner is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in unified communications and network engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at GDT - General Datatech since November 2016, Jeffrey has held multiple roles within the organization. Previously, as a Senior UC Engineer and Unified Communications Team Lead at Ferguson Enterprises, Jeffrey managed the architecture and engineering design of a comprehensive Cisco Unified Collaboration environment. Earlier in the career, Jeffrey worked as a Senior Network Engineer at United Federal Credit Union, specializing in Cisco WAN/LAN and IP Telephony Systems, and started as a Systems Engineer at XLConnect, focusing on complex network designs. Jeffrey holds a Master's degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, both from the University of Phoenix.
