Blaise Brennan

Blaise Brennan serves as General Counsel for General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems since 2022, overseeing legal management for a significant business unit with over $3.5 billion in annual revenue and more than 6,500 employees. Previously, Brennan held the position of Assistant General Counsel and Director at General Dynamics from 2018 to 2022, where responsibilities included leading legal efforts for SEC reporting, corporate law, and governance for a company with over $40 billion revenue and a market cap of $75 billion. Additional experience includes roles at CSRA Inc., WGL, and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, with significant involvement in corporate governance, compliance, and strategic transactions. Education includes a Doctor of Law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Davidson College.
