Kathy Lyon

Kathy Lyon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive assistance and coordination. Currently serving as Sr. Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration, as well as the Staff Vice President of Talent Management and the Director of Ethics, HR, and Privacy at General Dynamics since September 2017, Kathy brings over 11 years of expertise from prior roles at CEB, now Gartner, where responsibilities included supporting the Chief Administrative Officer and the Chief Human Resources Officer. Early career experience encompasses positions as an executive assistant to the Chairman and CEO at CEB, alongside legal secretarial roles with various law firms and receptionist positions. Kathy holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
